The teacher, Dr. Moataz Mahmoud, a member of the academic staff of our college, participated as a member and supervisor of the committee for discussing the Master’s thesis tagged (The Judicial Mortgage System as a Guarantee of the Right of the Mortgage Creditor: A Comparative Study), the thesis submitted by the student “Sari Abbas Thamer”.
